Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Everkart ships to addresses across India.

Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas and some PIN codes may take longer.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking details. You can use it to follow your parcel on the courier's website.

Delays
Courier delays, weather, festivals and other events outside our control can slow delivery. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, contact us and we will look into it.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before the order ships.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and the product. We will make it right.
